Data. The data you share with us will be handled with care according to European privacy law. Your data will only be used by De FilmHallen and The Movies. Under no circumstances will your data be shared with third parties without your explicit permission.

Payment. You can purchase tickets with iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. Please note that for Paypal payments we charge a 4% transaction fee.

Refund policy. Returning or cancelling tickets purchased online is possible until 1 hour before the start of the screening. You can only cancel tickets trough www.filmhallen.nl/account or www.themovies.nl/account

Cancelled screening. You can be offered a refund when a screening is moved to a different moment or cancelled.

E-Tickets. After purchasing your ticket(s) online, you will receive a so called e-ticket. This e-ticket is your entry ticket. You can also have your ticket(s) printed once at the front desk.

Kijkwijzer (National age rating system). We follow the rules as they have been determined by the Nicam in the Kijkwijzer, and in the Dutch criminal law. (Wetboek van Strafrecht artikel 240a). In order to follow these rules, our staff may ask for your ID. If you do not wish to cooperate or if you do not meet the requirements posed by these rules, you will be denied entry and you will not be offered a refund. The rules are as following:

Kijkwijzer 16 – No entry for people under 16 years of age. Not even with the supervision of an adult or parents/caretakers.

Kijkwijzer 12 – Children under the age of 12 will not be admitted without the supervision of an adult. Children under the age of 12 who are supervised by an adult will be admitted.

Kijkwijzer AL,6,9 – Everyone will be admitted
